Sports Bar Supervisor/ Manager

About the role

Barnbougle is seeking a confident and capable Sports bar Supervisor / Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Lost Farm Sports Bar. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering a high standard of hospitality, and is ready to take the next step in their career. Working as part of the wider Barnbougle Food & Beverage team, the successful candidate will lead shifts, support and develop the Sportbar team, and help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure the Sportbar operates efficiently and professionally.

• Deliver a friendly, relaxed and high-quality experience for all guests.

• Supervise, support and motivate the Sportbar team.

• Allocate staff and coordinate service during busy periods.

• Train new team members and support the development of existing staff.

• Maintain Barnbougle's service, presentation and operational standards.

• Manage bar stock, including ordering, stock rotation and participation in stocktakes.

• Monitor wastage, cash handling and POS procedures.

• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and consistently.

• Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team.
