About the Opportunity

Provide a range of cleaning and services on a scheduled, around the facility which include;

• • Building entrances, reception and office areas
  • Café, lifestyle hub, therapy services and meeting rooms
  • Toilets and other common areas
  • Resident rooms, including bathrooms
  • Clean upholstery, carpet using equipment
  • Window cleaning
  • Floor scrubbing
  • Removing rubbish and dirty laundry
  • Washing and sorting laundry
  • Unpacking and delivering laundry
  • Unpacking stock
  • maintaining standards of hygiene and minimise risk of contamination
  • identifying and logging issues which require maintenance intervention as required

Availability:

You will be available to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, with shifts including:

Monday to Friday: Between 7:00am and 3:00pm
Saturday and Sunday: Between 10:00am and 3:00pm

To be considered for this role you must have:

Previous working experience as a Housekeeper/Cleaner preferably in an aged care or hotel environment.

• Be able to work independently
• Good availability
• Skills to be able to keep busy and active
• Ability to lift and move linen and cleaning equipment

The recruitment process will involve a functional assessment which will assess your ability to fulfil the requirements of the role. You must also be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance
