Card Bot is Australia’s leading TCG vending retailer, operating over 70 premium retail vending units in major shopping centres across the country.

As we continue to expand in Queensland, we’re looking for a reliable, organised Casual Stockist to join our team. This role covers Gold Coast and Tweed Heads locations and is intended to transition into a permanent part-time position for the right person.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, independent role where you’ll be responsible for maintaining the presentation and stock levels of Card Bot vending machines. The position requires regular travel to multiple locations in the Gold Coast and Tweed Heads, so flexibility and a reliable vehicle are essential.

Key responsibilities include:

• Restocking and maintaining Card Bot vending machines across the Gold Coast

• Monitoring inventory levels and communicating restock requirements

• Ensuring machines are clean, tidy, and professionally presented

• Completing assigned runs independently and within scheduled timeframes

• Reporting any machine issues or customer feedback

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dependable and self-motivated individual who takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate will be:

• Based in Gold Coast, with flexibility to travel between both regions (Tweed Heads)

• In possession of a full driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential)

• Comfortable working independently and following a structured run schedule

• Physically capable of lifting and moving boxes (approximately 10–15 kg)

• Organised, detail-oriented, and responsive in communication

• Willing to obtain a valid police check if successful

• Previous experience in retail, merchandising, delivery driving, or stock handling is valued but not required

Pay and Conditions

• $35.15 per hour (casual rate including loading)

• $42.18 per hour for weekday after-hours work

• Flexible hours
