Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our team. In this customer-facing role, you will provide efficient and accurate parts interpretation and exceptional service to both trade and retail customers. If you have strong mechanical knowledge, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and accurate parts quotes to customers

• Process and order parts to meet customer requirements

• Prepare and organise customer orders for timely collection or delivery

• Respond to customer enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a Parts Interpreter or similar customer service role (preferred)

• Strong mechanical aptitude and/or knowledge of automotive brands and parts

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems

Desirable Qualifications

• Current Forklift Licence

• Current Manual Driver's Licence
