Welcome to Happy Burrow Cleaning! We are a mobile cleaning business, with a service area from Inner North to Caboolture. We are seeking a new team member to join our growing company. What sets us apart is our commitment to delivering a superior, personalised service that truly meets our clients’ needs. You’ll be supported with full training in our systems, as well as all the equipment, supplies and ongoing support from the team to ensure your success.

About You

All you need is a drivers’ license and a reliable vehicle able to transport equipment. You must live local to North Brisbane.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate keen attention to detail, and professional and personable interactions with clients.

From a skills perspective, you’ll need to be able to download and use a simple app with fillable forms and job information. You will need to be physically able to keep up with the work we do - cleaning is a tough physical role.

About the Role

In this role, our ideal candidate will work predominantly individually, taking on many of our domestic cleaning clients and completing the jobs autonomously. They will play a key role in maintaining in person relationships with clients, as well as fulfilling client requests.

Job progression to crew training and team leader positions available for those who excel with communication and breathe positivity into others.

What we can offer:

The number of hours offered to you depends on your availability and performance. We have over 150 hours per month currently available, and it grows each week. This can be shared between multiple team members.

The starting award pay rate is $33.85/hour + super entitlements, however pay reviews are frequent. Junior rates are applied to those under 21 years of age.

In addition, we have team bonuses and incentives on offer.

We are happy to be flexible with days and hours! Please feel free to discuss your limitations. We do not work weekends.
