About the Role:

This is a hands-on Carpenter role working across a variety of commercial cladding and façade projects throughout South Australia.

You’ll work as part of an experienced team, delivering high-quality projects while continuing to develop your skills within the commercial cladding industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing commercial cladding, façade systems, framing and associated products

• Reading and working from construction drawings and details

• Completing work safely, efficiently and to a high standard

• Working closely with Leading Hands, apprentices and other trades on site

• Identifying site issues and communicating them early

• Using tools, equipment and materials correctly and responsibly

• Following Integral Built’s systems, processes and safety requirements

• Taking pride in your workmanship and the finished product

• Supporting apprentices and less-experienced team members where required

• Contributing to a positive, accountable and productive team environment

• Continuously developing your skills and progressing your career within Integral Built

Who We're Looking For:

We're more interested in attitude, character and leadership potential than simply years of experience.

• Trade qualification (Certificate III or equivalent)

• Current Driver's Licence

• Previous Leading Hand or supervisory experience

• Strong commitment to safety and quality

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Pride in workmanship

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work independently and lead a team
