About the Position
The Training & Compliance Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, administering, and evaluating training and development programs within the organization. The role ensures employees have access to effective learning opportunities that support business objectives, meeting compliance requirements, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Organize, and coordinate internal and external training programs.
Manage training, venues, equipment, and resources.
Coordinate participant registrations, attendance tracking, and training documentation.
Liaise with trainers, facilitators, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of training activities.
Prepare training materials, presentations, and supporting documentation.
Develop training material for new and existing staff in management system TANDA & iinduct.
Qualifications
Essential
Previous experience in training coordination, administration, HR, or learning and development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Desirable
Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS).
Qualification in Training and Assessment (e.g., TAE40122 or equivalent).
Project coordination experience.
Skills and Experience
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong administrative and record-keeping abilities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
