We are a Quality Assured, 100% Australian-owned business, designing and manufacturing our products locally in PVC and Glass filled Nylon at Luscombe. Our medical trolleys and related products are used in hospitals and aged care facilities Australia-wide. With strong and steady growth, we’re looking for the right person to join us and support our next stage of expansion.
About the role
We’re seeking a Production Worker to join our Queensland manufacturing team at our Luscombe site. In this role you will:
Responsibilities:
As a production worker, your duties could include:
measuring, cutting and shaping of raw materials to use in production
operating production equipment including Saws, CNC Routers, Reamers, experience highly regarded
assembling goods in production,
reporting equipment faults to Manager
finishing products,
monitoring the production process and carrying out basic testing and quality checks
storing goods and raw materials in the factory
using forklift trucks (Certificate required) (not essential)
packing goods ready for shipment
Cleaning and maintaining work areas and machinery.
Working to Quality Assurance and OHS Standards
Other Skills:
· Computer skills
· Good with Hands
· Work as a team
· Ability to learn
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 7:00am–4:00pm, with a 9-day fortnight (every second Friday off).
