Position: UAT Test Lead/coordinatorLocation: Perth, WADuration: 12 months

Job Details:Must Have Skills:Proven experience as a Test Coordinator / Senior Test Analyst / Test lead on large transformation programsStrong experience testing Microsoft-based solutions (e.g. Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure services)Experience in Azure DevOps, Playwright and test automation practicesExperience working in vendor-led delivery with client-side validation responsibilitiesStrong stakeholder engagement capability, including UAT coordination with business teamsExcellent communication skills and attention to detailStructured and meticulous approach to testing and assurance

Nice to Have Skills: Prior working experience with Government clients ISTQB and Microsoft Certifications Australian CitizenDetailed Job DescriptionAct as the primary point of contact for all testing-related mattersManage and coordinate PTA post-sprint testing (formal validation of sprint outcomes)Provide independent validation of vendor-delivered outputs including test automation scriptsManage and coordinate Release testing (approx. every 3 sprints)Support and coordinate manual testing with business stakeholders, ensuring consistency and alignment to requirementsLead and manage UAT activities, including early preview UAT and full UAT cyclesSupport data migration testing and validation, including functional validation using migrated dataManage defect triage, tracking, and resolution coordinationDevelop and execute test cases across functional, integration, and regression testing cyclesMaintain accurate test artefacts in Azure DevOpsEnsure alignment with IMOS standards and project governance requirements

Minimum Years of Experience : 12-14 years of total IT experience

Certifications Needed: ISTQB, Microsoft AzureDevops
