Facades Coordinator

Facades are one of the most technically complex and visible elements of a building, and delivering them well relies on strong communication, coordination and technical thinking.

Joining SYNERGY CONSTRUCT as a Facades Coordinator, you'll work across the design, procurement, manufacture and delivery of façade packages for our commercial projects. Working closely with our Facades Manager, project teams, consultants and suppliers, you'll help connect the many moving parts involved in delivering a façade package.

The role includes international travel approximately 4–8 times per year for factory inspections, and quality assurance.

You'll support façade packages from early design and procurement through to manufacturing, logistics and installation. You will:

• Coordinate across project teams, consultants, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.

• Review drawings, specifications and technical documentation.

• Assist with façade tendering, procurement and overseas manufacturing.

• Communicate technical and project requirements with local and international suppliers.

• Attend international factory inspections, system testing and QA activities.

• Coordinate quality documentation, samples, prototypes and inspections.

• Support logistics, programming and façade installation.

You'll be a confident communicator who builds strong working relationships, follows things through and is comfortable working with different people and cultures.

You will ideally bring:

• A Construction, Engineering or related qualification.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• The ability to read and interpret technical information.

• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.

• A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to take ownership.

• The ability and willingness to travel internationally throughout the year.

Previous façade experience would be valuable, but isn't essential. We're interested in people who can communicate, coordinate and think technically, with the drive to develop their expertise.
