Engineering Surveyor - FIFO WA | 2:1 or 2:2 Rosters

Where You’ll Make an Impact 

We’re looking for experienced Engineering Surveyors to join our WA FIFO team, with 2:1 and 2:2 roster options available. 

Our current work includes long-term NPI construction projects covering earthworks, civils, services and concrete works, with further opportunities across our ongoing WA project pipeline. 

You’ll take responsibility for surveying activities on site, including calculations, fieldwork, as-built plans and direct client liaison. We’re looking for surveyors who are comfortable managing their own workload and seeing their work through from preparation to final delivery.

Jurovich Surveying is a national surveying company providing services across construction, engineering, infrastructure and land development projects throughout Australia. 

Our work covers civil construction, infrastructure, earthworks, commercial building, structural works, deformation monitoring, laser scanning, UAV and underground utility detection. 

We have an established FIFO team and ongoing project work across Western Australia, providing long-term opportunities for surveyors who want to continue developing their experience across different projects. 

How You’ll Contribute 

• Complete calculations and prepare set-out data from design information.  

• Carry out engineering and construction surveying across earthworks, civils, services and concrete works.  

• Complete site set-out, detail and as-built surveys.  

• Prepare as-built plans and other survey documentation.  

• Manage survey data from field collection through to final deliverables.  

• Liaise directly with clients and site teams regarding survey requirements, priorities and progress.  

• Manage your day-to-day survey workload and project requirements on site.  

• Work with the wider Jurovich Engineering team for technical support when required.  

What You’ll Bring 

• A relevant surveying qualification, such as a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.  

• Demonstrated engineering or construction surveying experience.  

• Experience across civil works, earthworks, services and/or concrete construction.  

• Ability to complete calculations, fieldwork, data processing and as-built documentation independently.  

• Confidence communicating directly with clients, supervisors and site personnel.  

• Australian working rights.  

• Current Australian driver’s licence and White Card.  

• Experience using Leica equipment and Liscad/12D is desirable.  

FIFO, mining or resources experience would be beneficial, although strong construction surveying experience will also be considered.
