Procurement/Supply Planner Officer

Due to team expansion and the ongoing development of our Procurement function, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Procurement & Supply Officer to join Rinnai Australia's Manufacturing & Technical Division. This role forms part of our commitment to building capability, supporting succession planning, and strengthening our supply chain operations.

In this hands-on role, you will manage an assigned supplier and product portfolio, ensuring the timely supply of materials and components to support customer demand and manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage supplier and product portfolios
• Drive procurement and MRP activities
• Maintain inventory and reduce excess stock
• Negotiate pricing, lead times and commercial terms
• Support production, NPD and outsourced manufacturing
• Improve supplier performance and supply continuity

About you:

• Experience in procurement, supply planning or materials management
• Strong ERP/MRP experience
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
• Analytical, organised and results-focused
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Supply Chain, Procurement or Business qualification advantageous
