Support Worker

Every shift is a chance to help someone build the life they want — more independence, more confidence, more choice. As a Disability Support Worker across Ipswich, you'll support a range of people with different needs and goals, and bring the same care and consistency to every one of them.

What you'll be doing

• Help people build independence, confidence and everyday living skills
• Be there for personal care, household tasks, appointments and daily routines
• Encourage community connection and support people to work towards their own goals
• Stay calm and consistent, even when someone's needs are complex
• Build genuine, respectful relationships, backed by clear documentation and good teamwork

You're the right person if...

• You've supported people with disability before, including complex behaviours or higher needs
• You stay calm, adaptable and positive when situations shift
• You're genuinely interested in people, and motivated by helping them gain more independence
• You communicate well and keep clear records
• You're reliable, professional, and keen to keep learning and growing in the role

Areas We Service
Our services span across Ipswich, including suburbs such as Brassell, Booval, Ipswich Central, Jamboree Heights, Deebing Heights, Redbank Plains and surrounding areas.
