About the Opportunities
Recruitment Consultant (EOC Group / EOC Professionals)
You'll play a key role in connecting great candidates with great employers while building long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities may include:

• End-to-end recruitment activities
• Candidate sourcing, interviewing and placement
• Managing temporary and permanent vacancies
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Talent pooling and candidate engagement
• Business development and account growth
• Delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes

Account Manager - Labour Hire & Workforce Solutions (EOC Group / Gundilya)
You'll manage workforce partnerships and support clients with their labour hire and workforce solution requirements.
Responsibilities may include:

• Client account management
• Workforce planning and mobilisation
• Site visits and stakeholder engagement
• Labour hire coordination
• Building long-term client relationships
• Identifying growth opportunities
• Supporting workforce compliance and performance

GTO Field Officer (Gundilya)
You'll support apprentices, trainees and host employers throughout their employment journey to help deliver successful outcomes.
Responsibilities may include:

• Conducting workplace visits
• Supporting apprentice and trainee wellbeing
• Building relationships with host employers
• Monitoring progress and performance
• Assisting with compliance and reporting requirements
• Liaising with training providers and stakeholders
• Supporting retention and successful completions

About You
