Personal Care Worker

About the Role
As a Personal Care Worker, you'll provide practical support and companionship to clients and areas covering Hamilton, Kedron, Nundah, Boondall, Keperra, Ashgrove and surrounding areas, helping them maintain independence and wellbeing. Your responsibilities may include:

• Domestic Assistance - Helping with household tasks to keep homes clean and comfortable.

• Personalised Support - Assisting clients to live positively, such as transport to appointments and general help at home.

• Social Engagement - Encouraging participation in activities and fostering meaningful connections

What do we need from you?

• Own vehicle & Australian Driver licence

• First Aid & CPR

• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)

• Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)

• Experience in care and cleaning role highly regarded
