WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• At least 6 months of housekeeping supervisory experience in Australia
• Experience leading or supervising a housekeeping team
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• A positive and professional attitude
• Ability to motivate and support a team
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays

YOUR ROLE

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and supporting the housekeeping team
• Checking rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards
• Training and supporting team members
• Managing cleaning supplies and equipment
• Assisting with guest housekeeping requests
• Working with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Ensuring guests receive a clean, comfortable and welcoming experience
