Cleaners - Full Time Roles

Bayton is seeking reliable and motivated cleaners to join our team at Barangaroo, one of Sydney's premier waterfront destinations. Combining beautiful parklands, public spaces and a vibrant commercial precinct, Barangaroo attracts thousands of visitors every day and plays an important role in Sydney's tourism landscape.

This role focuses on maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of outdoor public areas, helping create a welcoming environment for visitors, workers and tourists alike.

Our team services Barangaroo seven days a week, with shifts available between 6:00am and 11:00pm.

We are urgently seeking full-time cleaners available for varying shifts.

Your duties will include:

• Litter collection and removal throughout outdoor public areas

• Emptying and maintaining public waste bins

• Cleaning and presentation of outdoor furniture and public spaces

• Cleaning and maintaining public amenities and toilets

• Monitoring site presentation and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns

• Following safety procedures and site requirements at all times

• Delivering a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation across the precinct

We're looking for people who:

• Have at least 6 months previous cleaning experience

• Are comfortable walking for extended periods and working outdoors

• Can work independently once trained

• Have a friendly, positive and professional attitude

• Have a reasonable standard of spoken English for communication and safety purposes

• Hold valid working rights in Australia

• Have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check

While not essential, the following experience will be viewed favourably:

• Australian or international driver's licence

• Experience operating cleaning equipment such as scrubbers, pressure washers or blowers

• Experience working with minimal supervision

• Experience maintaining outdoor public spaces, parks or large public venues

• Work at one of Sydney's most iconic waterfront destinations
