About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Service Coordinator to join our team, providing customer administration support. This role would suit a new starter in the industry or those with customer service experience looking for a new challenge!

Key Duties

• Provide administration support to our customers and key clients by way of coordinating service bookings and job scheduling

• Perform data entry and document management tasks

• Create, verify, and submit invoices for processing

• Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide updates and support

• Maintain accurate service records and workshop documentation

• Adapt to changing work requirements and priorities as needed

• Support workshop operations with general administrative tasks

The successful applicant will have the following: 

• Previous experience working in a workshop environment/service industry (preferred but not essential)

• Attention to detail and excellent computer literacy

• Team player and able to work within a small team, as well as unsupervised

• Willingness to adapt and changing tasks on short notice

• Ability to prioritise work and possess great communication and interpersonal skills
