About The Role
As a Senior Retail Sales Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving sales performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll become a trusted advisor to tradespeople, businesses and retail customers by understanding their needs and recommending the right solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing long-term customer relationships, mentoring others through leading by example, and taking ownership of their own results.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service both in-store and over the phone.
• Build strong relationships with trade and retail customers to generate repeat business.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales and performance targets.
• Share your product knowledge and industry expertise with confidence.
• Support visual merchandising and ensure the store is presented to the highest standard.
• Maintain accurate stock presentation and assist with inventory management.
• Resolve customer enquiries professionally while providing practical solutions.
• Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive and results-focused culture.
• Continue developing your knowledge through ongoing product and sales training.

 
About You
