Hi-Tec Oils is a well-established manufacturing company based in Altona. We are currently looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Administration Officer & Sales Support to join our team on a full-time basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy office environment and being part of a supportive team.

This role is varied and will involve supporting the day-to-day operations of the office. Key responsibilities include:

• Processing daily invoicing and data entry
  

• Entering customer orders and generating back orders
  

• Following up overdue customer accounts and overdue orders
  

• Maintaining sales registers and customer records
  

• Creating and processing stock transfers
  

• Generating daily driver runs and printing delivery paperwork
  

• Booking freight and coordinating deliveries
  

• Liaising with warehouse staff, drivers, customers, and sales representatives
  

• Providing customer service and support via phone and email
  

• Providing administrative support to sales and operations teams
  

• Assisting with reception and general office administration duties
  

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, or internal sales support
  

• Good computer skills, ideally with MYOB EXO experience
  

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  

• The ability to multitask and work to deadlines
  

• A professional phone manner and strong communication skills
  

• A willingness to learn new systems and processes
  

• A reliable and team-focused attitude
