We're looking for an experienced, values-driven and inspiring Residential Site Manager to lead our residential aged care homes at Bene Aged Care. About the Role

As our Residential Site Manager, you will provide strategic, operational and clinical leadership across all aspects of the residential service. Working closely with residents, families, employees and the executive leadership team, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality care while driving operational excellence, workforce engagement and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operations and performance of the residential service
• Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture
• Provide strong clinical governance and ensure exceptional person-centred care
• Lead, coach and develop multidisciplinary teams
• Drive quality improvement, accreditation readiness and regulatory compliance
• Oversee occupancy, admissions and resident transitions
• Manage operational budgets, workforce planning and financial performance
• Monitor clinical quality indicators, incidents, complaints and organisational risks
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, hospitals, GPs and community partners
• Lead strategic initiatives that improve resident experience and operational efficiency

About You

You are an experienced aged care leader who combines clinical expertise with outstanding leadership skills. You will bring passion, integrity and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of older people. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Proven leadership experience managing residential aged care services
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills
• Current National Police Clearance
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
