About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Contracts Administrator to join our Corporate team. Reporting within our Head Office function, this role will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Legal team, providing critical support in the administration, governance and management of commercial contracts and key business agreements across the organisation.

Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including preparation, review, distribution, execution and ongoing administration of commercial agreements.
Coordinate contract approvals and execution processes with executives, legal representatives and business stakeholders.
Maintain contract records and document management systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance.
Monitor key contract milestones, including renewals, expiries and obligations, and proactively coordinate required actions.
Prepare agreements, correspondence, notices and supporting documentation using approved templates and processes.
Conduct due diligence activities including PPSR searches, compliance checks, audits, subpoenas and information requests.
Maintain contract registers, governance records, reporting frameworks and document control systems.
Support the Executive and Legal teams with contract administration, project coordination and corporate governance activities.
Act as a key contact for contract-related enquiries and build strong relationships across all areas of the business.
Previous experience in Contracts Administration, Legal Administration, Commercial Administration or a similar role.
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills.
Experience managing confidential documentation and maintaining accurate records.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience with contract management or document management systems will be highly regarded.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
