Senior Automotive Technician

You're an experienced automotive technician who takes pride in delivering quality work and exceptional customer service. You'll diagnose and resolve mechanical issues, service and maintain a wide range of vehicles, and contribute to a positive, respectful, organised, and productive workshop culture.

You'll bring

• 5+ years of automotive workshop experience

• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

• A genuine commitment to quality workmanship

• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

• Proven leadership skills and top mechanical skills is a must

• A proactive, positive and self-motivated approach to your work

• Confidence working independently and as part of a team

• A current driver's licence

• Full Australian working rights

• Availability Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays

What You'll be doing

• Service, maintain and repair a wide range of vehicles

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently

• Deliver high-quality workmanship every time

• Complete job cards and workshop documentation accurately

• Follow manufacturer and warranty processes

• Mentor junior staff and support their development

• Provide excellent customer service and assist at the front desk when needed

• Help maintain a safe, positive, organised and productive workshop environment

• Contribute to a positive respectful team culture and high-performance standards
