Apprentice Butcher

If you've got a passion for meat and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training you need to become a master butcher!

As an apprentice butcher, you'll have the chance to develop your technical skills, strive for excellence in quality and presentation, and earn a national recognised qualification in butchering.

You’ll work with a wide variety of meats including valeu added, develop your knife and technical skills, and learn how to prepare and present quality products to a high standard.
