Investment Platform Support Analyst

The Role

Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a Platform Support Analyst to join our Client Support team!

You will be the first point of contact for advisers and wealth managers using our Scope platform.

Scope is our sophisticated portfolio reporting, analytics & tax optimisation SaaS solution designed to empower advisers. It provides a consolidated view of client investments across multiple sources to deliver enhanced insights, streamlined reporting and informed client advice.

In the role, you’ll handle a diverse range of queries balancing phone calls, live chats and email tickets within agreed SLAs.

Typical support may involve

• Educating advisers on navigating the platform, utilising key features and platform capabilities.
• Supporting adviser queries relating to Scope’s tax reporting capabilities, such as CGT modelling, income projections and historical tax reporting.
• Supporting enquiries relating to portfolio data, data feeds and external provider dependencies.
• Supporting queries relating to the timing and presentation of investment information from underlying providers into Scope, including asset allocation, trading activity, corporate actions and other investment events.
• Explaining reporting output (e.g. differences in expected vs actual portfolio returns) and supporting custom reporting queries.
• General account support.

This Role is Ideal for Someone Who

• Holds an RG146 or has a strong wealth management background.
• Understands investment concepts including trading activity, asset allocation, corporate actions and tax considerations.
• Is tech-savvy: comfortable navigating complex financial systems.
• Enjoys engaging with clients, troubleshooting and providing guidance on SaaS platform features and functionality.
• Has 2–5 years in platforms, investments, super or advice support.
• Has previous Praemium platform experience (highly desirable).
