Senior National Account Manager - Grocery

About the role:

We're looking for a commercially savvy Senior National Account Manager to lead one of Snackbrands key grocery customers (Woolworths). In this role you'll own the customer relationship, deliver profitable growth, and bring together cross functional teams to execute best in class customer plans.

This role will be based at Norwest  This role also includes WFH options 2 days a week

What you’ll be responsible for: 

• Lead the end to end management of a major grocery retailer account.
• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans that drive category and brand growth.
• Deliver sales, profit, trade spend and forecasting targets.
• Partner with Category to prepare and lead major customer negotiations.
• Manage promotional plans, retail media investment and commercial performance.
• Collaborate across Supply, Demand Planning, Marketing, Finance, Category and Field teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Coach and support the National Account Executive while driving continuous improvement across the account.

What you’ll bring to the role?

•  Strong National Account Management experience within FMCG.
• Experience managing Coles and/or Woolworths accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen with forecasting, trade spend and P&L management experience.
• Confident negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to turn data and insights into customer growth opportunities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
