About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Funding Consultant to join our Residential & Retirement Living team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and optimising residential funding performance in line with the AN-ACC funding model.
Working closely with Residential Managers, AN-ACC Coordinators and the Funding Practice Lead, you will provide expert funding advice, analyse funding trends, identify opportunities for improvement, support compliance activities, and help maximise funding outcomes across our residential aged care homes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining clinical knowledge, financial analysis and stakeholder engagement to make a meaningful contribution to the sustainability and quality of aged care services.
About you:
Bachelor of Nursing or Diploma of Nursing and suitable current registration with AHPRADemonstrated knowledge and practical experience with AN‑ACC (and ACFI highly regarded)Strong experience within residential aged care and aged care accreditation environmentsProven ability to analyse funding data, identify trends, risks and opportunitiesExperience mentoring or supporting staff in funding and admissions processesHighly developed communication, stakeholder engagement and report‑writing skillsStrong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to work autonomously across multiple sitesHigh level computer literacy, including Microsoft OfficeCurrent and valid Australian driver’s licence
Highly regarded:Extensive experience in residential aged care or home careExperience in the administration of client management systemsUnderstanding and experience of system integrationsExperience in the development, delivery and roll-out of new systems and technology training
