About the role
We are looking for a new Manager for WildNets Port Macquarie. Full time position (76 hour fortnight) with regular work on weekends, public and school holidays.
Responsibilities include ensuring and improving;
the performance and profitability of site operations;
a productive and cohesive team work environment;
staff training and recruitment;
staff and customer satisfaction;
Event planning and management; and
site safety,
through your day-to-day hands on leadership and management actions.
You will report directly to the Company’s Owners and have a responsibility for developing positive working relationships with all other team members as well as customers and suppliers.

Leadership - management and team leadership is essential

Customer Service - proven experience in delivering top customer service
Safety - excellent ability to maintain focus on safety and remain calm under stressful circumstances
Physically and Mentally Fit and capable of working at heights and managing stressful situations. Must be able to personally participate and successfully complete each high ropes experience.
First Aid - current First Aid certificate is required
Working With Children Check - also required
