Serena Care is seeking experienced, compassionate, and reliable female Support Workers to provide personalised in-home support to a female participant in Croydon, Victoria.

Shift Availability

• Morning shift: 8:00 am – 10:00 am
• Evening shift: 8:00 pm – 10:00 pm
• Days: Monday to Sunday
• Additional hours may become available in the future with other clients

About the Role

Provide one-on-one in-home care and support, including:

• Personal Care & Mobility: Assistance with walking, safe transfers, showering, dressing, toileting, and daily routines.
• Health & Wellbeing: Support emotional wellbeing, observe and report changes in health in line with care plans.
• Daily Living Support: Light household tasks, meal preparation, and assistance with maintaining a clean and safe home environment.

Skills & Requirements

• Warm, patient, and able to build rapport easily
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
• Good communication and basic documentation skills
• Experience in home care, aged care, or disability support preferred

Essential Criteria

• Police Check
• First Aid & CPR Certification (must have or be willing to obtain)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $42.00 – $45.00 per hour
