Marketing Specialist / Associate Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Specialist/Associate Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, support real estate developments, and drive qualified sales leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote real estate developments and enhance corporate brand positioning in the Australian property market.
• Conduct market research, consumer behavior analysis, property market trend assessments, and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital (social media, website, search) and traditional media channels.
• Build and manage digital marketing funnels, landing pages, campaign websites, and enquiry systems to capture and process sales leads.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance using CRM systems and digital analytics tools to optimize ROI.
• Oversee the creation of marketing collaterals, including promotional brochures, presentations, advertising creatives, and digital assets.
• Plan and organize promotional events, seminars, and property showcase exhibitions to drive lead generation.
• Coordinate marketing communications across management, internal sales teams, and external agency partners.

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar role within the real estate/property development sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to align internal teams and external stakeholders.
