The Opportunity

• Pack prepared bakery products for distribution in accordance with production requirements.
• Ensure products are packed accurately, neatly and to Vili’s quality standards.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, GMP and workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
• Check products and packaging for quality, presentation and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
• Work effectively with team members to achieve daily production and packing targets.
• Identify and report quality, safety or production issues to the appropriate team leader or Supervisor.
• Assist with other reasonable production duties as required.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and demonstrate Vili’s Values and Behaviours.

Hours of Work
The shifts will be Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. 

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and available Monday to Friday

• Physically fit for manual handling and working on your feet

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced food production environment

• Strong attention to detail, especially with food quality and safety

• Positive team spirit and willingness to learn
