You’ll help shape how wagering products evolve and perform for partners around the world.

Your role, your impact

Reporting to the General Manager of Commercial Wagering, you will act as the single point of accountability for international & domestic B2B wagering product delivery. You will own the strategic delivery and performance of wagering products. You’ll provide product leadership across cross-functional teams and drive outcomes that support growth, partner success, and operational excellence.

Specifically, you will;

• Own the strategic wagering direction with existing partners, for further growth across the organisation  
• Lead co-mingling partnerships and commercial product initiatives across international and domestic markets
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across technology, legal and operations teams
• Identify growth opportunities within both markets and develop supporting business cases
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements
• Manage partner onboarding, compliance and delivery risks

What you'll need to succeed

You are a commercially minded product professional who enjoys balancing strategy, delivery and stakeholder engagement. You bring curiosity, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate business priorities into meaningful product outcomes.

Ideally you have;

• Strong experience in wagering partnership management within similar businesses
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and partners
• Strong capability in product strategy and roadmap development
• Ability to balance commercial outcomes with customer needs
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations
• Skilled in data-driven decision making and performance analysis
