About the role

As an IT Helpdesk Team Leader, you will lead the delivery of high-quality ICT support services and oversee the day-to-day operation of the IT Helpdesk function. You will guide a team of ICT professionals to deliver responsive, customer-focused support while driving continuous improvement in ICT service delivery. 

Your duties

• Lead and mentor a team of ICT professionals to deliver excellent support services
• Monitor performance and manage the priorities and workloads of a small team
• Act as the key escalation point for complex technical issues and service requests
• Drive continuous improvement of ICT services and user experiences through ITSM practices
• Build strong partnerships with users, technical teams and service providers

Skills and experience

• Experience leading ICT support in a Microsoft 365 environment
• Experience managing complex technical issues and escalations
• Skills in IT service delivery, workload management and improvement
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
