Inventory Controller

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to join our team at our warehouse in Derrimut.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting to our Logistics Manager, our Inventory Controller is responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock locations.

• Investigating stock variances, identifying root causes and recommending improvements.

• Supporting cycle counts, stocktakes and stocktake preparation.

• Processing goods received, damages and write-offs.

• Liaising with internal teams to resolve inventory, delivery and customer service queries.

• Supporting WHS requirements within the warehouse.

• Supporting the Logistics Manager and Warehouse Supervisor as required.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations or a similar role.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to inventory accuracy.

• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to support others.

• Understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.

• Product scanning system experience, a driver’s licence and/or forklift licence would be advantageous.

This is a full time role (5 days per week, Monday to Friday).

Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Character Check and Pre-Employment medical.
