Contracts Support Administrator

Due to an increase in business demand, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and detailed Contracts Support Administrator to join our QLD Contracts Department based in Eight Mile Plains.

As part of MM Electrical Merchandising, this role provides essential administrative support across our Contract Supply portfolio, working closely with our branch network, suppliers and key stakeholders.

The position is varied and offers the right candidate the opportunity to build valuable experience within the electrical wholesale industry.

Key duties will include

•  Provide day-to-day administrative support for the Contracts Team.

•  Maintain and update contract pricing, price files and product data in Excel.
•  Process and manage contract-related documentation.
•  Assist with monitoring Contract Compliance, Performance and Pricing accuracy.
•  Liaise with suppliers and our Branches to resolve pricing and product queries.
•  Support the preparation of reports and data analysis for the Contracts team.
•  Manage incoming phone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
•  Maintain accurate records and filing systems to support audit and compliance requirements.
•  Assist with general administrative duties as required to support the broader team.

About you

•  Professional with strong customer service and communication skills.
•  Strong attention to detail.
•  Ability to time manage and work to deadlines.
•  Ability to work in a small team to support a larger branch and client network.
•  Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
•  Claude AI skills of advantage.
•  Understanding of electrical wholesaling, industry suppliers and products is of advantage.
•  Full Australian working rights – sponsorship will not be offered for this role

Previous experience in a Contracts or Administrative role, along with electrical wholesale industry experience, would be well regarded however is not essential, as full training will be provided across the core responsibilities.
