ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

We're looking for an experienced recruitment professional to join our Talent Acquisition team on a fixed-term contract, supporting our high-volume seasonal recruitment campaign.

This role will commence in mid-August through to the end of October, with the potential to extend to support additional recruitment projects.

Whether you're an experienced Recruitment Coordinator, Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition professional, or a Retail Area Manager who has led large-scale recruitment, we'd love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Supporting the end-to-end recruitment of seasonal retail team members across Australia and New Zealand.
• Screening applications and conducting phone interviews.
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
• Preparing offers and managing candidate communications.
• Working closely with our Talent Acquisition team to keep recruitment moving at pace.
• Delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the campaign.
• Assisting with recruitment reporting and administration as required.

ABOUT YOU

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Have experience in high-volume recruitment, either agency or in-house.
• Have recruited within retail, hospitality or another fast-paced environment.
• Can manage multiple priorities and work to tight timeframes.
• Are highly organised with great attention to detail.
• Love building relationships and delivering a great candidate experience.
• Are based in Melbourne and available to work from our Support Office during the contract.

Retail leaders with significant experience recruiting large teams, particularly Area Managers or Regional Managers, are encouraged to apply.
