Classification Level: 4 ($46.70 to $50.25 per hour)
POSITION SUMMARY
At Kyabra, our service teams use a strengths-based approach while working alongside people in our community to support them as they navigate the circumstances and systems that significantly impact their lives while helping them identify and achieve their personal goals.
Our Sunshine Coast teams provide housing and domestic and family violence support services to a broad range of community members who present, or are referred to, the organisation.
Using cultural knowledge, community connections and lived experience, the Resource Worker (Identified) will assist in ensuring culturally safe and responsive services are provided to community members. Based on community and organisational need, this position will:

This role is required to be available for an afterhours On-Call roster.
This is a fixed-term contract with a proposed commencement date on or around Monday 28 September 2026.
Hours of Work
The successful candidate is expected to work 60h 48m per fortnight (e.g. 4 days per week) during standard business hours.
