Café Front of House

About the role

We are an artisan bakery specialised in sourdough and viennoiserie looking for a barista/front of house all-rounder to join our team at our busy sister location. Besides our staple baked goods we sell toasties and fresh sandwiches.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other speciality drinks with consistency

• Engage with customers in a friendly and relatable manner

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

• Keep the workspace clean and organised, following hygiene and safety standards

• Assist with food preparation and service as needed

• Operate and maintain coffee machines and other café equipment

About you

• Prior barista experience (preferable)

• Personable, friendly, and customer-focused attitude

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards

• A clean and organised approach to work

• Passion for coffee, food, and hospitality

• Reliable, hardworking, and a team player

• A willingness to help out other areas when needed
