About the Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for new clients, helping them understand our services and guiding them through the booking process.

Your role is to:

• Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into bookings
• Conduct consultations and provide tailored cleaning solutions
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Follow up leads and maximise conversion opportunities
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery
