Fourteen thousand NDIS and aged care providers sit in our CRM. New ones land every week, automatically, whether anyone's watching or not. Warm ones. Named-decision-maker, we-know-they're-hiring, we-know-they're-struggling ones.

And there they sit. Politely. Like guests at a party where nobody's brought out the food.

We need someone to pick up the phone.

#The money, up front

**$500 to $1,500 commission per closed client.** Uncapped.

Target is 2 to 4 sales a week. Do the sums with us:

One-off commission per sale — no trailing, no clawback. What you close is yours, paid on client's first payment.
That's commission-only. No retainer, no base, no safety net — and no ceiling, no territory, no manager deciding what you're worth this quarter.

Who we are

Mr Purple coaches the people running NDIS and aged care businesses — founders and directors who are brilliant at care and, let's be honest, were never taught how to run a company. They're drowning in compliance, pricing reforms, staff churn and 60-hour weeks, and plenty of them are one bad quarter from packing it in.
We fix that. Not with a webinar and a wink — with proper coaching that shifts their numbers, their hours and their sanity. Our clients stay, and they tell their mates.

The role

You sell it. That's the whole job.

- Work our warm lead flow — inbound enquiries, database prospects, and fresh leads scraped and enriched weekly
- Run discovery calls, work out whether we can genuinely help, and say so honestly when we can't
- Book and run the pitch, handle the objections, close the business
- Keep the CRM tidy (GoHighLevel — it does most of the admin for you)
- Feed back what you're hearing so we can sharpen the offer

No lead lists to build. No cold-scraping at midnight. No "hunt your own territory and good luck". The pipeline is already full and moving.

- Have closed B2B services before — coaching, consulting, professional services, SaaS, anything with a real conversation in the middle of it
- Can hold a proper business conversation with a founder who's had a rough week
- Are self-directed enough that nobody needs to check whether you're actually working
