We are a well-established plumbing services company based in Melbourne, committed to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. Our projects range from small residential jobs to large-scale commercial upgrades, ensuring a diverse and engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for both residential and commercial properties.
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently.
Work on drainage systems, gas fitting, hot water systems, and stormwater solutions.
Conduct compliance checks and ensure all work meets Australian plumbing standards.
Respond to emergency callouts as needed.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Work independently and as part of a team to complete jobs effectively and on time.
Requirements:
Valid Plumbing Licence (VBA Registered)
Minimum 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing
Experience with gas fitting and drainage systems is preferred
Current Australian driver's licence
White Card
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to participate in on-call/emergency work as part of a company monthly rotating roster
