RNs /ENs /PCWs /Support Workers- Community Care/DVA/NDIS/ Support at Home

About the Role

We are recruiting across the entire Sunshine Coast region, with opportunities available from Noosa to Caboolture including Gympie, Malany and Bribie Iland.

Depending on your qualifications and experience, you will provide high-quality community-based care, including:

Registered & Enrolled Nurses

• Community nursing assessments and care planning

• Medication management

• Wound care and chronic disease management

• Catheter, stoma and continence care

• PEG/NG feeding and other complex clinical supports

• Clinical documentation and collaboration with GPs and allied health professionals

Personal Care Workers / Support Workers

• Personal care and daily living assistance

• Community access and transport

• Domestic assistance and meal preparation

• Social support and companionship

• Mobility assistance and manual handling

Essential Requirements

• Relevant qualifications (RN, EN or Certificate III/IV in Individual Support or equivalent)

• Current AHPRA registration (RNs & ENs only)

• Current First Aid & CPR

• Current Australian Driver Licence and reliable insured vehicle

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

• National Police Check

• Excellent communication skills and a person-centred approach

• Right to work in Australia

Community nursing, disability, aged care, DVA or Support at Home experience will be highly regarded.
