AI & Copilot Enablement Lead

DWS is seeking an experienced AI Agents Lead to drive the rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot and lead the design, delivery and adoption of enterprise AI agents for a major Australian organisation. This is a high-profile opportunity to shape AI strategy, establish an AI Agent Factory operating model, and deliver measurable business value through agentic AI, automation and prompt engineering.

Length: Initial 6 months with a strong likelihood of extension

Style: Hybrid; 3+ days onsite

Salary: Up to $1,000/day + GST (ACN) or up to $220K package inclusive of super (Max Term)

In this role you will:

Lead the enterprise rollout and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot.Own the AI Agents roadmap, intake process and delivery pipeline.Build and deploy conversational and automation-focused AI agents using modern Microsoft technologies.Partner with business stakeholders to identify, prioritise and deliver high-value AI use cases.Establish AI Agent Factory processes covering intake, design, build, governance and measurement.Develop and promote prompt engineering standards, playbooks and reusable patterns.Drive AI literacy, capability uplift and champion networks across the organisation.Define and track adoption, business value and operational KPIs.Ensure solutions align with privacy, security, governance and responsible AI requirements.

To be successful you will demonstrate:

Strong experience leading enterprise AI, automation, digital transformation or innovation initiatives.Significant experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform and related Microsoft technologies.Deep understanding of AI agents, agentic AI concepts, workflow automation and operationalisation.Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical AI solutions.Expertise establishing governance, risk management and responsible AI practices.Substantial experience delivering measurable business outcomes through technology solutions.Excellent communication, facilitation and leadership capabilities.Strong understanding of benefits realisation, adoption measurement and value tracking.
