About the role

Due to ongoing continued success, we are looking to recruit an experienced Site Supervisor for either part-time or full time. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Site Supervisor and proven track record of managing substantial builds simultaneously on time, within budget and achieving quality to the highest standard. You will have a current low rise builders license or Site Supervisor’s license.
The ability to liaise well with clients and solve problems as they arise during the building process is essential. You will receive ongoing support and training from head office and will have opportunities for career growth moving forward with a reputable builder.
As the Site supervisor on the project, reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the construction project. Your duties will include but not be limited to;
Management of the full cycle of the construction project from early works, the structure through to finishes.
Reading construction plans and drawings
Management of all company site staff – including Leading Hands and Site labour.
Management of logistical issues
Strong understanding and implementation of OH&S management and Site Safety
Directing and management of multiple sub-contractors
Regular correspondence with the Project Manager
Can assist with the construction programme ensuring the project is delivered on time and on budget
To be suitable for this position, you are expected to possess the following skills.
Will have a Trade background or similar
A QLD Builders License is preferred
A strong understanding of structure as well as a high-end quality finish.
Experience in delivering project up to completion
Available to start a new position asap
A good communicator and have a positive attitude with subcontractors onsite
Basic computer literacy skills
