Our Townsville Windows & Doors branch specialises in aluminium window and door solutions for residential and commercial projects. We’re seeking an experienced and organised Sales Representative to provide outstanding service to clients across Townsville and surrounding areas.

The Role
Drive sales growth and build lasting customer relationships by delivering tailored window and door solutions that meet client needs – while growing market share and profitability!

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs aligned with the annual budget
• Expand brand presence and market share within the residential windows and doors sector
• Partner with Branch Managers and Sales Teams to achieve business objectives
• Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly sales reports
• Provide exceptional customer service and project support, ensuring a seamless client experience
• Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

About You

• Strong computer skills, including MS Office; experience with Oracle and V6 quoting is highly regarded. Confident in generating and analysing reports to support business needs
• Previous sales experience of at least 2+ years.
  Highly desirable if you have previous experience with Glass & Aluminium product
• Excellent communication skills – able to engage with different audiences, provide clear information, and resolve issues professionally
• Committed to delivering exceptional customer service, with a proactive approach to follow-up and continuous improvement
• Team player who works collaboratively across departments, shares knowledge, and supports others to achieve business goals
• Professional, organised, and focused on maintaining a positive team culture and high standards of work
