About the role

We are seeking a skilled Acrylic Solid Surface Manufacturer to join our team at The Kitchen Installation Company (TKIC) in Campbellfield, Victoria. This is a full-time position with immediate start available that will be responsible for the manufacturing and installation of high-quality solid surface Benchtops as well as the cladding of commercial counters, shopfronts and fabrication of intricate bespoke pieces for a variety of uses a in various types of projects.

What you'll be doing

• Fabricating 100% acrylic solid surface materials such as Corian, Staron, Hi-Macs and Meganite into custom-designed benchtops, counters, vanities and other products

• Operating specialised equipment such as CNC, panel saws, routers and sanders to polishing, shape and finish the solid surface products

• Transporting and installing the finished products at customer job sites

• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment

• Collaborating with the design and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a solid surface fabricator or similar role would be highly regarded.

• Experience in woodworking, cabinetmaking, property maintenance or construction environments will be advantageous.

• Keen DIY renovators looking to turn their hobby into a career could also apply.

• Excellent attention to detail

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings

• Problem-solving

• A keen eye for quality is essential

• Commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship

• A valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation
