What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for clients—both in person and over the phone
• Provide vital admin support to our Property Management & Sales teams
• Keep our office organised, neat, and well-stocked
• Assist with advertising tasks and property listings
• Update display window cards and property lists

About You

• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident with computers and admin tasks
• Willingness to Obtain Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
• Mandarin-speaking applicants encouraged to apply

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, plus a half-day every second Saturday.
