We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our HR team, partnering with leaders across the site to deliver practical, people-focused HR solutions.

This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their HR capability, broaden their exposure to employee relations and workforce processes, and build strong stakeholder management skills within a dynamic and operationally complex environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Partnering with leaders to provide practical support on day-to-day people matters.

• Assisting with a range of HR processes, including employee movements, performance management, and employee relations matters.

• Developing capability in HR systems, processes, and workplace practices while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Providing guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure consistent and compliant people practices.

• Contributing to the development of a positive, respectful, and high-performing workplace culture.

• Supporting end-to-end recruitment and selection activities, including coordination and onboarding.

• Completing HR administration, maintaining accurate employee records, and preparing HR reports.

About you:

You are a motivated HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, providing practical people solutions, and working in a fast-paced operational environment. You will bring:

Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a heavy industry or operational environment.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline (desirable).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• A proactive, curious, and solutions-focused approach, with a genuine willingness to learn and grow.

• A high level of professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.

• The ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with discretion while building trusted relationships across the business.
