Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM Start) – Long-term roster

We are seeking a Production Assistant with a valid LF Forklift License for a paint manufacturer in Minto.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and monitor chemical mixing and paint production machinery.

• Drive LF forklifts to move raw materials, stage lines, and transport finished stock.

• Use hand and power tools for machine adjustments and line changeovers.

• Perform quality and batch checks to ensure precise color matching.

• Follow SOPs and keep a clean, safe workspace.

What You Need

• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or factory setting.

• Current Australian LF Forklift License (Required).

• Strong attention to detail and confidence using basic hand/power tools.
