Pay: $35.44 - $39.91 p/h (Depending on qualification and experience) + Super

As a Goodstart Educator, you'll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.

About Goodstart McKinnon

Goodstart McKinnon is a welcoming 75‑place long day care centre located in a quiet residential area, close to public transport and local amenities.

Goodstart McKinnon are supported to deliver meaningful learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework. We celebrate cultural diversity, build strong relationships with families and our community.

• Work in a floating position in supporting children from Nursery through to Kindergarten, offering variety and development across age groups
• Must be able to work in a full-time position and in a rotating roster between operating hours 7:15am - 6:15pm, Monday to Friday.
• Feel supported day‑to‑day with leaders who understand the realities of the room and value educator wellbeing

You'll need:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current VIC Working with Children Check
